Fedje is an island, and can only be reached by boat. The ferry departs for Fedje from Sævrøy ferry quay many times per day, and you can check the time table by clicking here, or on the picture below.

From Bergen, you can reach Særvøy by car in approximately 1,5 hours. You can also travel by public transport, and you can easily plan your route at skyss.no. By entering "Fedje ferjekai" as your destination, the search result will match up with the ferry's time table. If you have spare time while at Særvøy, there is a warm waiting room with bathrooms available.

The ferry is free for passengers and bikes, and you are free to park your car in Sævrøy's parking lot. This is also a good opportunity to explore Fedje by foot, especially when the weather is good. For tips and recomendations for day trips, check out the "experience" tab in the top menu.
